Where customers find you on Google
It highlights the number of customers that discovered you through Google Search or Google Maps. Beside “Listing on Search” and “Listing on Maps,” you’ll see the number of views your listing received from each product in the timeframe chosen. 
Next, if you want to see how many people found you on a particular product or day, check the relevant section of the graph.

Direction requests
This section uses a map to indicates the location of people requesting directions to your business. Next, your business location is found on the map & landmarks that people request directions to your business from being reflected.

Phone calls
- Here you can understand when and how many times your clients have called you through listings on Google
At the top of the section “Total calls” gives the total number of phone calls for the time frame selected. The graph indicates trends via calls by either day of the week or time of day. This lets marketers & business operators know when customers are most likely to call after seeing your GMB listing.

Photos
- Lastly, GMB listings let you examine how often your business’s photos get viewed with “Photo views” graph & “Photo quantity” graph. Here you get bulk insights on:-
